During EIB training, my soldier faced an urgent situation. When 1SG asked about my soldier, I informed him that I had not called him back to training because he was attending an emergency. In front of one of my soldiers and another senior NCO, 1SG he told that I was a weak leader.

While on rotation we had an issue with an E7 getting belligerently drunk (despite a nondrinking order) and had caused fights in the tent. He was removed from his PSG position, however, he never faced UCMJ. This same E7 has been placed on a detail away from our unit indefinitely until he retires.
