Long story short:

During EIB training, my soldier faced an urgent situation. When 1SG asked about my soldier, I informed him that I had not called him back to training because he was attending an emergency. In front of one of my soldiers and another senior NCO, 1SG he told that I was a weak leader.

Can I report this to IG? He has previously treated me like an asshole for the minimum things like not knowing one of my soldiers first name. (Been in the unit for about 3 weeks at that point)
