Body Pillow

I have a buddy who's going back into the service (prior marine). I'd like to set him up for success so I want to send him a body pillow of SMA Weimer. How can I get one?

Really appreciate the candor from the Garrison CSM on suicide awareness.

Why do we still have a shaving standard?
Posted on
Dudes with religious beards, shaving profiles, women doing basically whatever they want with their hair, make up, and earrings.
All that we get is putting clear nail polish on our nails and we can dye our hair?
The old trick of the pro mask not fitting with a beard one, has been disproved and two, if that was the case and there was some CBRN attack, that means that every single person on that post...
Who do I contact about reporting a DS fraternizing with a trainee?
Posted on
I am currently at AIT and have been informed about a disturbing relationship between a trainee and a DS after hearing it straight from the trainee's mouth. I don't want to get any backlash so I would like to report this anonymously. I don't have the contact info to S1 nor the SM who might handle this with less bias than the other DS working at CQ. The DS in question is very charming and likeable...
Do AMEDD Officers actually treat you like people?

Just wondering what its like for active or reserve/guard AMEDD officers. In my engineer unit, we're constantly shitted on for meeting deadlines, OERs, a whole bunch of unnecessary BS when i work fulltime in the civilian world
Is the AMEDD world any better or different?

Have you worked with foreign militaries before? What surprised you about how they operated? What surprised them about how we operated?

Question inspired by a Marine who said the Gurkhas found Marine training to be goofy and unprofessional because losing your cool even when angry is considered childish & silly in Himalayan cultures.

Junior officer, about to seek mental health help. Am kind of scared

Company commander here in the army reserve. In a toxic battalion where the staff officers just shit on us and dont care about our civilian lives. As long as we check the damn OER boxes right?
I want to seek mental health help and possibly seek to get out of the army for it. But i'm only 4/8 yrs complete with my contract. If i sought a discharge, would it be OTH or a general? And would i have to...

I hope everyone else is having a great weekend. I’ll take a loaded nacho cheeseburger, hold the lettuce and tomato, with a side of shaving cream and disposable razors. [link] [comments] |
I stole the guidon stand from 4th bde hq in 2014. It’s been in my garage as a broom stand for years and I’m not sure what else to do with it.

Chief Concerns: An Appeal to Abolish the U.S. Army Warrant Officer Corps

On July 9th, 1918, an inbound local train in Nashvillle, Tennessee collided with an outbound express, killing 101 people and injuring another 171. It remains the deadliest train accident in American history. This tragic event is widely regarded as the second-worst thing to happen that day.
The United States Warrant Officer Corps was established to plant explosive mines, a task traditionally...
