Long story short (very long story) I was chaptered out of the army back in 2020 because my then wife threw a hissy fit and called the cops and accused me of spousal abuse. Findings of CID were neutral. I was chaptered anyways. I have countless emails between her and my CO at the time saying she lied and she only did it for reason XYZ. (Her story changed REAL fast when she saw she wasn’t gonna have a place to live). I also have medical records saying she was in no way harmed. I have SO many documents proving she lied, even a written and notarized confession. I have a few character recommendations from officers and senior NCOs. I had multiple awards and was on the verge of making my 5 in just under 3 years. I was a good soldier.

I don’t need to be back in the army, I make a good living and I enjoy life. I WANT to be in the army. All I ever wanted to do, I have a lot of aspirations left. I tell a recruiter the story and as soon as they hear domestic abuse it’s a no.
