A bit confused with what to do

I don't have any records documenting any issues that occurred during service. Is it recommended I see a private doctor to get a diagnosis before I submit my claim? Would it be sufficient if I had a lay statement from a loved one regarding my allergies/rhinitis? Would this be considered a presumptive condition since I served in the sandbox in '08? I don't have any medical records b/c I felt guilty...
Old Labs from 2007

I read through my 2007 blood work and found several markers that were high and low. These aren’t used to diagnose the Psoriatic Arthritis, celiac, or hypothyroidism but they are definitely causes for concern for a competent doctor. If a competent doctor would’ve seen these results and heard my symptoms, they would have sent me for further testing to find those diagnoses. Can this be used as...

I have an ITF that I locked in for the PACT ACT which has since expired. I want to claim for something non-PACT Act related but I dont want to use my ITF I saved for that purpose.
I kow we are allowed multiple claims, but are we allowed to have multiple ITFs?

Good morning my friends. First my disclaimer, I know everyone's cases, issues and documentation is different so there is no cookie cutter answer. I'm curious for some general time frames for you with recent upgrades. I left the Army in 2001 and am currently rates at 90%. Some of my previous claims/appeals have been processed in as little as 30 day, others over 100. Last week I received a letter...
Can any rater give you P&T? Or is there an additional review?

So if a rater sees that all your conditions are static can they just assign you a P&T rating, or do they need to elevate it for approval?

Private school

Are there any benefits for military children to help with the cost of private school? All I find is for college, but wondering if there are scholarships or grants for private k-12 schools for my children. Thanks! Also, I am 100% p&t if that helps.

I got out in 2021 got rated at 60% filed for an increase on a few of them in April of 2023 submitted the claim July 24th and went from 60% to 100% P&T I’m about 2 months. GOD BLESS |
