Good morning my friends. First my disclaimer, I know everyone's cases, issues and documentation is different so there is no cookie cutter answer. I'm curious for some general time frames for you with recent upgrades. I left the Army in 2001 and am currently rates at 90%. Some of my previous claims/appeals have been processed in as little as 30 day, others over 100. Last week I received a letter from VES saying thier doctor has been asked to review my records for the VA. It emphasizes I will not have to attend more appointments, it review only. Has anyone had this happen? If do, how long after VES reviewed your records did you get a rating? Am I correct in assuming the VA farms out dome claims for opinions to get through them faster or is there another reason they would give it to VES after 3 months?
