I just happen to be reading up on Reddit about others getting there 100% ratings and was like let me check mine, opened the app and it turned out the same day I got rated at 100% P&T . I got out in 2021 got rated at 60% filed for an increase on a few of them in April of 2023 submitted the claim July 24th and went from 60% to 100% P&T I’m about 2 months. GOD BLESS
