Diagnosed with sleep apnea on active duty with the need for CPAP, filed on my initial claim and it was denied. There was no diagnosis on the sleep studies that I submitted so I filed a supplemental with a letter from the doctor that had the actual ICD diagnosis codes on it. Denied again with the verbiage that the evidence is not new or relevant. Super frustrating.

I guess my question is, have any of you had obvious claims like this that should be easy that got denied and you actually won? Feeling defeated today.
