Currently at 70%! Filed for increases, secondaries, new conditions, PACT Act. My lawyer is the professor at Stetson University Law Clinic Veterans Law class. I will have a C&P Exam in two weeks, currenty claiming Insomnia, Depression and Anxiety.

Need advice for upcoming C&P

Going in for some appeals and supplementals and want to make sure I don't screw the pooch on this.
My main points are MH, eye issues, respiratory, and whatever it is for a shave chit. I did write a service letter as why I think everything is service related, but want to make sure I say the right things at the exam to be taken seriously.

Was surprised when I logged into the web page and saw I had 90%. Type of claim: Fully Developed Submitted/received: 22 May 2023 Initial review date: 22 May 2023 C&Ps: occurred in July and August. Thanks to a thread in here I was able to see more information other than (gathering information) lump sum after I noticed my file was updated on the 8th. Hoping to have a favorable decision soon, filed for TDIU but hoping they give me my increases to take me from 80% to 100% without TDIU. How long has PFD usually taken you? [link] [comments] |
