Eever fine yourself keep going bak two to three times a day checking to see if a decision been made on your claim to fine out its still were it was a month ago evidence,review and decision status.im already at 70% but had two more C&p exams for Hearing and foot which one examiner claim my right foot is past surgery and that I have flat feet which I didn't have at first but shows foot pain... |
Chapter 35 benefits, need help!

Hello, I have recently started school again, first time using chapter 35 benefits. I need to know a few things. 1. When will I receive my payments? I started class Aug 28th. 2. Will I receive the payment from the college or straight from the VA? I.E. direct deposit or check?

Didnt seek treatment while in service. Got out and was at the va mental health clinic 5 months later. GAD and MDD due to divorce.
2.5 years later in patient for depression.
Mental health over the years.
Can i connect these disorders to service?

I've been in 9 years. I have had a hip arthroscopy on one hip and now it's being recommended for the other with the possibility of double hip replacement and I’m only 30. I asked a different question about this before but this time I am curious as to why there is development being done under the pact act because I don’t have any service in SW Asia (or any of the other pact act areas)that you also need for presumptive service connection? Isn’t that something they would have seen and then not needed to pursue further development? Also I have c&p appointments... |

Hi everyone. I’m new to the group and am a ball of anxiety right now. I was honorably discharged from the military in 2018 for severe depression and anxiety, suicidal ideations, was sexually assault and harassed by several soldiers in my unit… yada yada. Anyway. I’ve never once filed a claim or reported anything outside of my therapists’ office. She’s very certain that I would qualify for 90-100%...

Do X-Rays Negatively Impact Chronic Pain Ratings?

If you have documentation of chronic back pain through sick call, physical therapy and an x-ray looks “NORMAL” can you get denied compensation?
