I just opened my medical record today. There are three different types of pdfs. Genesis, Medical Record, and HAIMS. Are these three is a set of STR? The VERA said that they are waiting for STR but months. If so, should I upload again? I’m rated for the following:
70% PTSD, major depressive disorder and alcohol use disorder, moderate, in early remission
40% Fibromyalgia
30% Myofascial Pain disorder with bruxism
10% left knee strain
10% right knee strain
10% tinnitus

I filed a PTSD increase in March and thus far they have returned the claim with an increase to my rating (70-80) and received the VA Form 21-8940 request since I qualify for TDIU.

Was finally able to see my decision letter online today. Been at 10% for years. Filed for increase in June and was granted the max I could get for my condition. Still have a supplement waiting to be decided on. Claim by claim I’ll eventually get 100%

Happened to Anyone Else?

I had a PTSD C&P exam back in June, it was denied based on the evaluator’s recommendation. At my own expense I got a second PTSD diagnosis from a different private physician and submitted a supplemental claim.
Just found out today my next PTSD C&P exam is scheduled with the same evaluator who denied my initial claim. Can I request a different evaluator?
