Hey everyone thanks in advance for any help.

Had two claims denied in my recent BDD that I plan to appeal. My ankle was denied due to not having a diagnosis, I currently have extreme instability in my right ankle after repeated sprains to it while in service. Should I go to a VA doc for a diagnosis or nexus letter?

For my Anxiety claim I’ve already set up counseling via the VA but I’m not sure how to go about the appeal considering it stating that the C&P exam found that I do have anxiety.

Any advice is appreciated.
