I had a PTSD C&P exam back in June, it was denied based on the evaluator’s recommendation. At my own expense I got a second PTSD diagnosis from a different private physician and submitted a supplemental claim.

Just found out today my next PTSD C&P exam is scheduled with the same evaluator who denied my initial claim. Can I request a different evaluator?
