I asked a different question about this before but this time I am curious as to why there is development being done under the pact act because I don’t have any service in SW Asia (or any of the other pact act areas)that you also need for presumptive service connection? Isn’t that something they would have seen and then not needed to pursue further development? Also I have c&p appointments for the 3 other things on my hlr that had dta errors as well but I don’t think they requested anything for the headaches so I’m thinking it’s going to get denied but not sure. I didn’t get presumptive service connection based on the 1 year rule but they added this(2nd picture) in my first claim decision that was filed within 1 year of my EAS.
