I am active duty and I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and was prescribed the CPAP machine. I did the sleep study with a private doctor based on military referral. I am getting close to the time to file my VA claim, but I still haven’t received my CPAP machine after a 2 month wait. The diagnosis and CPAP prescription is in my record. Can I file a claim before receiving the CPAP or do I need to wait...

I did all my C&P exams over 100 days ago. They said my sinusitis had plenty of information and if a C&P wasn’t scheduled it was not needed. I do have major polyps and deviated septum. I have X-rays by the VA with official diagnosis AND was sent to a ENT specialist by the VA to see a surgeon. Surgeon prescribed steroids and then wants to do surgery if not improvement. He doesn’t have much hope...

Should I wait for my initial claim to finish before I file for conditions I didn't know I could claim? Or is it best to file an Intent to File and wait for the initial claim to finish?

This is one of my MH diagnosis. Wondering if I can claim it with VA before separating as I am getting close to my 90-180 window prior to EAOS. Asking because I do not see this diagnosis listed anywhere on VA site or master list.
