Sorry if this is a repeated question, couldn't find it in the wiki and tried searching but couldn't find a direct answer.

Should I wait for my initial claim to finish before I file for conditions I didn't know I could claim? Or is it best to file an Intent to File and wait for the initial claim to finish?
