Other personal history of psychological trauma, not elsewhere classified

This is one of my MH diagnosis. Wondering if I can claim it with VA before separating as I am getting close to my 90-180 window prior to EAOS. Asking because I do not see this diagnosis listed anywhere on VA site or master list.
