I always had the decision letter. This was stated on the paper.

Ok. so i just took it as a loss for many years. I was reading into this more and more and found this.

VA 2507 requests opinion as to whether Veteran has a dx of left sprained

ankle that is at least at as likely as not incurred in or caused by the left

ankle condition during service

MEDICAL OPINION: It is my medical opinion based on review of the c-file, VA

EMR and examination of the Veteran that it is less likely than not that the

redacted

Veteran has a dx of left sprained ankle that was incurred in or caused by

left ankle condition during service.

RATIONALE: Veteran has no documentation in c-file of a left ankle condition.

I was able to find in c-file only a copy of a bill from redacted

Hospital dated redacted which indicates Veteran had right ankle film. I found

no additional clinical information in c-file. Currently he reports symptoms

in right ankle as noted with normal x-ray of right ankle.

I was talking about my right ankle , this c&p was for my right ankle. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
