Service Request!

If you find your self checking status and calling 1-800 number. Do your self a favor and ask for a service request next time you call if your claim has been sleeping in any prep stage, this will be seen and may prompt a faster response. They have to respond within 30 days with an explanation of why the claim hasn’t moved forward. Typically advancing your claim. No promises here but it has helped...
Hello fellow vets! Can someone shed light onto why I was denied? Filed a supplemental for Migraines and Neck pain. I was denied. The rater totally looked over my current diagnosis’s from my VA Doc for both “Headache” and “Neck pain” as well as “Cervica...

Some time ago another veteran mentioned to me that their payments were stopped because they made too much income at their job*. I didn't see anything referencing this in the knowledge base so I'm...

How do I get my claim to the rater?
Posted on
I had a VERA call about the status of my BDD claim because I separate next week and my claim is sitting at preparation for decision. The rep said that they are waiting for my DD214 but I submitted it when I started terminal leave. When I told her this she claimed that they can’t take a copy signed before separation. I questioned her statement and she started rambling about how they have to verify...
