Anyone encounter where the third party contractors are denying your case or appeal and even put in your records that it wasn't necessary to review the records on file before coming to their new decision? Ive been denied 5 times now and even the lawyer is surprised that they put in their notes that they didnt need to review my records. These third party companies are literally...

Anything I should do to get ready for my first VSO phone call to make it easier for him?
And I'm seeing people say that it's a lower bar to get things connected the first year after I separate but it seems like it's only a select few things that's actually presumptive. Trying to get things documented before I separate but I am running out of time here.

Ebenefits/VA.gov website status?

For the past 4 hours I haven't been able to log onto VA.gov or Ebenefits. It gives me the webseal error, if it even gets there. Just wanted to see if the website hates only me, or if this is a widespread issue.

I'm wondering if seeking an upgrade to CRSC would cause issues with the VA. I've heard they're two different entities but I feel I should ask around for verification. Also, Are there such things as VSOs who handle CRSC cases or other institutions I should be seeking for issues related to CRSC?

Applied for TDIU on April 2. On Wednesday I was awarded 100% P&T (no need for TDIU)! I was previously 70% PTSD, 10% Tinnitus, and 10% for knee problems, now have 100% for PTSD.
How long does it take for backpay to come in?
