To all on here. Anyone encounter where the third party contractors are denying your case or appeal and even put in your records that it wasn't necessary to review the records on file before coming to their new decision? Ive been denied 5 times now and even the lawyer is surprised that they put in their notes that they didnt need to review my records. These third party companies are literally getting away with not following VA requirements in review of our cases. It's plain insanity!
