Backstory diagnosed with grade 4 brain cancer in may. Lost 50% of my vision in both of my eyes. Already 100%P&T. I can’t work anymore and I never leave home without someone with me.
All I know is I had to mail the form to Minnesota and I have no way of even tracking it. Has anybody dealt with this process before?

Back to Evidence Gathering after over 90 days in PFD.

I had been in PFD since mid April and today it updated that it has gone back into evidence gathering, and 3 new requests for information were closed out. I have been trying to get rated for shrapnel injuries and have been getting lowballed and working the initial round of claims since Dec 2018. Not sure if I'm seeking guidance on how to move forward or just venting my overall frustration. I have...

My claim closed and I received my rating on 7 July 22 with an effective date of 1 July 22. Should I expect my first payment on 1 August or later? I retired as of 1 July 22 with >50% rating. Thanks.

105 days PFD and today they decided I need to get my evidence reviewed and maybe I need some exams. At least I got 105 of the normal 120 out of the way before they gathered everything so it should be relatively quick after I spend 90 or so days in gathering evidence. But hey at least something happened today

My mental health Dr that I got through community care is willing to write me a nexus letter/imo to connect my stroke to my ptsd her credentials are MA,MHP,LABA, LMHCA and so I was just wondering if that would be a feasible route or should I go with a paid person that has more/better Credentials? It's not like I'm asking a chiropractor to give me a mental health IMO but I'm just wondering...? She's...
