What did you have to do in order to get that 50%? What medical evidence did you provide? How much or little medical evidence did you gather before starting your claim?

I have a mental health C&P exam soon and I'm very nervous and anxious that I feel sick and feel like throwing up. And can't focus on anything. Any tips on MH exam? I wrote down my issues as others said but will he/she not like it if they saw I wrote down something? I'm doing it virtual.. thank you

I am a veteran who is s/c 100% P&T for BiPolar1, 40% Back, 20% SI and Tinnitus. I was 90% two and half years ago before the VA sent me a notice for an RFE exam for my bipolar.
