Question for BDD Folks

I understand it's preferable to have evidence (or previous clinic visits) in your record to support a claim. That said, has anyone noted something during their final SHPE that wasn't previously in their records and successful had a claim for that issue get rated?
I have a ton of little issues but don't really want to make 12 appointments just to get them all in my records.

I Request a Higher Level Review on the basis that the veteran has satisfied the requirements for service connection.
- The veteran's awards and decorations include the Combat Action Ribbon. As receipt of the Combat Action Ribbon denotes that the veteran engaged in combat with the enemy and entitles him to relaxed evidentiary standards under 38 U.S.C.A. § 1154(b) and 38 C.F.R. § 3.304(f)

VA disability claim

Separated from the Marine Corps in September of 2021. Been contemplating if I should try to make a disability claim, without medical history in the corps. I have lower back pain, right knee pain, tinnitus, I suffered from depression, had suicidal ideation, and have sleep apnea. I never went to medical cause I didn’t want to be thrown on light duty or limited duty, but I did document everything on...
TDIU Circus

So I will try to keep it brief. I appied for TDIU back in April, (which I know is basically an Increase) and the VA somehow only processed my claim for Increase. I log into va.gov one day and notice Unemployability wasnt listed on Pending Claims so I dialed the 800#. First couple reps either couldnt find it or didnt know what to do. So, 3 VERA calls later, I get a good rep who finds that I did...
Backpay from 30% to 80% when I filed from December of 2020. Was a nice surprise when checking today.

Will Supplemental Claims be combined?
Posted on
If I have a supplemental in progress and then file another supplemental, will they be combined?
I was waiting for my MH one to close, but at this point I don't think I can wait any longer. I want to make sure I won't delay my other one any further though... Thanks!

I’m AD. Going threw a medboard and already did my claims and and exams. I’ve been having migraines as of late, is it worth going and getting seen while I’m still in? And can I claim it once I’m out even tho I’m this far with everything?
