Applied supplemental claim then moved out of state
Posted on
I applied for a supplemental claim and then moved out of state. So far it does not look like I have an appointment scheduled but I'm due to receive a letter today that I think might have appointment details.
I have had two exams previously that have been with VES not with the VA.
If they have already scheduled the appointment am I able to cancel it? Or will it be in my best interest to fly back...

100% Combined PT + TDIU & now requesting SSDI but I got denied the first 2 times. Now I hired an attorney to see what happen. But it’s very frustrating.

Knee pain W/motion & shin splints
Posted on
What's up?
I recently did my BDD claim C&P exam for both knee pain and shin splints.
They were both put on the same DBQ so I am curious if they are rated separately or the same.
I see the minimum for knee pain with motion is 10%.
Also I see that shin splints is rated based on how long you have had treatment for them and the examiner checked the 10% rating box for my shin splints.
Thanks for...
Controlled on meds/ VA disability percentage.

So does anyone know the specifics of this question? “Can the VA reduce disability rating even though you qualify for a certain percentage but are considered controlled on medications?” Anyone with useful or factual information please comment.

I had what I think was a terrible rater…
Something he said really bothered me. He reminded me that I’m there for compensation. I corrected him and told him I was there for validation.
He told me 3 times tremors was not a diagnoses, but a symptom of a diagnoses. I showed him my primary care notes from the VA primary care, in which I was diagnosed with essential tremors.
I actually had to bring up...

This shit is so frustrating man. It’s now been over a year of fighting for my service connected disabilities and I’m no further than where I started. There’s quite a few things that I need to appeal for, but specifically, my knee that I hurt on a run. Patellar Tendonitis is the diagnoses. Doesn’t seem like a huge deal but standing/walking sucks, and squatting is hell. Don’t get me started on...
