VA didn't rate all my examiner findings. Nor said if they were or were not service connected.

Long story short, had a C&P two days ago. My examiner showed me all the diagnosis he highlighted on my previous exam.

Went in the get my bulging disc rated the examiner had already marked them up on the DBQ from my previous visit.

My husband was denied HLR so now we have two options and it's almost a year due time and we have more evidence to submit. But which one is the better option? A supplemental or VA Judge? So I’ve been hearing a lot of success stories with TDIU from veterans in my similar situation and wanted to hear more about the process… I am at 70% for PTSD/MDD/Insomnia/other things and 10% tinnitus for 70% overall since 2018, but I am not P&T. My last full time job was also in 2018 and I quit due to my disabilities interfering greatly and pursued the VR&E program.
