My husband was denied HLR so now we have two options and it's almost a year due time and we have more evidence to submit. But which one is the better option? A supplemental or VA Judge? I know the judge takes way longer. Any advice would be great. It's for mental claims and we have a dbq and statement from his psychiatrist who treats him already filled out.
