After seeing someone on here who filed the same time frame as I did got their decision. I decided to go to ebenefits and check to see if there are any changes. My claim moved on to the next stage which is pending approval.

"The recommended decision is reviewed, and a final award approval is made. We will process the decision and review it for accuracy, and notify you by mail. If it is determined that more evidence or information is required, the claim will be sent back in the process for more information or evidence."

Is "final award approval is made" means they approved my claim or is that a generic statement that can be either positive or negative?
