I had a C & P exam yesterday that lasted 3 hours and 10 minutes. It was primarily focused on my musculoskeletal claims (knees, which are secondary or an aggravation, and elbows, shoulder and lumbar, which are all new and should be direct service connected).

Is the DBQ, completed by a VA provider, copied into your VA records for comparison to the DBQ the Veteran submits as evidence for their supplemental claim? 🧐

Has anyone utilized this group before. I’m currently in talks with them to try and get a PTSD increase. I understand they charge and I’m TOTALLY fine with it. I battled the VA for a long time and would rather someone do all the leg work for me. Anyhow has anyone seen an increase using them?
