I have a C& P coming up for both an increase on Lumbar Degenerative Disc Disease and new claim of Radiculopathy. I understand the ROM test, so in my case, I had Spinal Cord Decompression and Bulging Disc surgery not even 2 months ago, (Radiculopathy emerged after surgery due to nerve damage) so I still wear a back brace, use a cane and can't bend or twist. With that said, will the examiner think I am faking ROM. How should I approach? This whole back issue and now leg nerve pain has really messed me up. Any input?
