I had been in PFD since mid April and today it updated that it has gone back into evidence gathering, and 3 new requests for information were closed out. I have been trying to get rated for shrapnel injuries and have been getting lowballed and working the initial round of claims since Dec 2018. Not sure if I'm seeking guidance on how to move forward or just venting my overall frustration. I have shrapnel in my neck just behind my throat rated 10% for cervical sprain, in my lung where that was removed with part of my lung rated at 20% and against my spine in upper back (they rated at 0% s/c because f*ck me I guess). Hoping this will move forward favorably eventually, ROM is minimal with my neck and I'm looking at a neck surgery here soon. At least my PTSD rating went through fine. I'm 36 and falling apart. Sorry for the long post everyone, just had to get it out there.
