The va.gov website still confuses me --- HLR shows "made a decision" on July 1 but then shows "correcting an error" beginning the same day. To continue my confusion, VBA also opened up an appeal for increase on the same day: July 1. The verbiage doesn't indicate any duty to assist; and I have gone

I am not sure what question to ask; my confusion is due to having two separate appeals open at the same time. Both stem from the one HLR I filed on June 17, 2022.

Any one here have insight? This doesn't indicate a Supplemental Claim, or a duty to assist error.
