HBP, leads to CKD, now OSA related to the CKD currently at 60%

As the bullet title states, HBP led to CKD, now I've been diagnosed with OSA. Sleep study done by my personal Dr. It's noted on the VA website that CKD and OSA are common problems that are related.
I've got a C&P physc exam this Saturday, 7/23, with QTc via a tele-health video. What I don't get is why a physc eval for OSA?
Currently rated at 60%, if OSA gets approved, that will get me to 80%.

Ebenefits vs Va Gov... Confused
Posted on
Anyone have any experience with the following,
E-benefits currently shows my two pending claims still at "Preparation for Decision" but on Va.gov it shows the case was closed on July 18th,2022 and "We sent you a decision letter".
My disability rate is still the same on both websites and the benefits letters shows the same rating.
Thanks

Had an exam with VA dental, now I’m trying to schedule follow up appt for fillings and they say I’m ineligible

I have 10% TMJ. As far as I’m aware, and what Dental had previously told me during my first visit is I’m fully covered and good to go to receive dental care. I called today to schedule my follow up appt’s and the lady at the dental clinic is showing me as ineligible. Her reasoning being that I’m not marked as unemployable by the last provider or something. That provider has since moved on out of...
Using the post 9/11 with one in person class? At my last school the VA rep told me I would have to take all in person classes to receive full bah, but I’ve heard that I only need one in person class. Do I just signed up one in person and the rest online?

Can I claim gout if I've been out for a while?

I've been out for a while and the VA has been treating my gout attacks for over 10 years. Someone told me I can claim them because they are considered arthritis. Is this true? What rating do they give you for gout?

PEBLO problems with MEB

Does anyone out in the channel have any info on the MEB process? I'm having a serious issue with my PEBLO, VA MSC Rep, and QTC and don't know who to turn to. They are forcing me to cancel medical appointments it takes months to get at Ft. Bragg and telling me that I have to give up appointments for treatments in lieu of VA exams as part of the MEB. I actually was having this issue with the MSC and...

Compensation base review

I called to check if they made a decision on my 2 outstanding claims and they said it’s under compensation base review, anyone know what that is?
I also check with the rep and he told me all my conditions are still static.

No recoupment of severance pay
Posted on
Hi all. I’ve been through the Wiki and haven’t found how I’ve slipped through the cracks. Here’s the bluf- •MEB •10% DoD/ 100% P&T VA •disability, severance pay, non combat related (enhanced)
I received a lump sum severance pay but never had to pay it back? I reached out probably 4 or 5 times to the VA in reference to this but the only thing they’ve said was “your paperwork explains it. We can’t...
