I have 10% TMJ. As far as I’m aware, and what Dental had previously told me during my first visit is I’m fully covered and good to go to receive dental care. I called today to schedule my follow up appt’s and the lady at the dental clinic is showing me as ineligible. Her reasoning being that I’m not marked as unemployable by the last provider or something. That provider has since moved on out of the VA. The clerk consulted her colleagues and they didn’t know how to help either. At the end of the call, she said she sent a message to their chief of staff to see if I can receive care.

Seriously, Why is this so difficult for them? Did something change that I don’t know about?
