Diagnosis during C&P

I need advice on my situation, I was recently got service connected for a combined GERD-Gastritis and was given 10% for it. When I resubmitted my rhinitis etc. claim this year due to the pact act, the VBA decided to send me to QTC for another exam for GERD and gastritis again. Its hard to get help and advice from my VSO so I went to VRE and they advised me to just go to my C&P exam. On my C&p exam...

Should I have had a C&P?!

Mentioned to my examiner that I had been having pain in my right heel while at C&P exam for my ankle. Doc used some device on the bottom of my feet and stated that the pain was because I had flat feet. She however didn't include it in her notes
I also had a claim in at the time for a "right heel injury". I was seen in service for an issue with my right foot, with a diagnosis of tendonitis. I also...

So after waiting a few months for my appointment with VERA, I get a phone call two weeks ago. The guy tells me that the VA has til Sep. 7th to respond to my appeal ... it's the 7th and no change. I tried to set another appointment and I get this. Any ideas on what to do next? [link] [comments] |

Now that he’s rated 100 for ptsd he is worried he will not be able to go to a part time job as it helps him get out the house where he usually suffers depression and ptsd the most being alone. He...

Depression Claim
Posted on
I have 50% PTSD. I’ve been taking medication for depression for 10 yrs. I reviewed my VA medical records and there’s no diagnosis for depression. My depression has gotten much worse in the last couple of years. How do I go about getting a diagnosis? Do I just ask my VA psychiatrist?

SSDI Denied. Currently 70% with TDIU, so 100%. I should appeal, right?

Title explains. Completed SSDI application and exam (exam was ridiculous). Received notice yesterday I would hear final decision in 2-4 weeks. Decision given today (!) as denied. I should appeal? Get a lawyer? Anyone with experience give advice?
