Mentioned to my examiner that I had been having pain in my right heel while at C&P exam for my ankle. Doc used some device on the bottom of my feet and stated that the pain was because I had flat feet. She however didn't include it in her notes

I also had a claim in at the time for a "right heel injury". I was seen in service for an issue with my right foot, with a diagnosis of tendonitis. I also obtained my MEPS exam which I was diagnosed with "mild" "asymptomatic" flat feet. I was denied for my heel without an exam. With those two factors, should I have been granted a C&P exam for my "heel" claim?
