Conditions filed for: headaches (secondary MH), TMJ, small pox scar, PFB. PFB was deferred.

Received: 30% headaches 20% TMJ 10% small pox scar. Puts me at 87% combined which rounds to 90% compensation.

Additionally, I filed GERD for supplemental. They didn’t consider secondary condition a month ago and I submitted a letter asking them to consider GERD as secondary.

I used prestige veteran medical consulting for nexus letters and private DBQs for headaches and GERD. Both of those were initially ACE exams, but the VA wanted an in-person exam for headaches.

I likely didn’t receive “severe economic impact” for headaches as I am in a fully remote role. Whenever I have headaches it puts me OOC and I need to lay down, but I’m able to get work done later and an competent at my role in IT/cybersecurity

If anything I’ve learned, I might also have allergic rhinitis and sinusitis. Will likely file an intent to file for those conditions and wait to hear back on GERD on a secondary basis.

If awarded 60% for GERD I’ll be at 96% which rounds up to 100%. If 30% I’ll have some way to go before hitting 100%P&T, if it’s possible.
