If you are like me and experienced a terrible interaction with Trajector Medical (VA Comp & Pen) then DO NOT PAY THEM! After the initial intake phone conversations and records “review” with seemingly informed professionals, they hand you off to call centers who give the same basic canned responses no matter what. They do not address your concerns or more importantly provide anything close to what even the most basic VSOs are capable of doing. They don’t have any Doctors or other medical experts that provide IMO/Nexus letters or DBQs. They expect you to pay 5x whatever increase you get for nothing! They will also (in my personal experience) call the VA and illegally act as your authorized representative not to assist but to simply find out your Disability % if you stop contact. Unfortunately I did pay them some at the start because I was naive and thought I was obligated.

Until Recently…..

This post is actually a post about my success in dealing with them. I was unrelenting in calling emailing and responding to every reply with outright refusal and strong arguments as to their failure to live up to their end of the contract. Finally I happened to see some very worthwhile and damning argument to present to them and as of today I am completely done with them and owe them nothing.

If you’re in a similar situation use this verbiage….

The purpose of this correspondence is to rescind any and all contracts, services, or agreements between Trajector Medical, it's affiliates, and myself. This revocation is effective immediately. It has come to my attention that your firm is giving advice on how to prepare, present, and prosecute claims before the VA without proper accreditation from the VA office of general counsel. Only accredited representatives are authorized by law to collect a fee for assisting claimants. Not only that but I have become aware that representatives of this company have been calling and fraudulently behaving as my authorized representative to inquire about VA rating increases. If you do not acknowledge or accept this, I will be reporting your firm to the VA OIG as well as your state bar for the unauthorized practice of law.
