How often do you cover for your Soldiers? Let’s say one doesn’t answer their phone before pt formation, but are never late. Would you cover for them? Something like “yeah his car isn’t starting I’ll go help him after pt”. Are you going to do it? Anyone have any stories for covering for their guys?
