Active duty/veterans, do you regret choosing the army branch?
Posted on
I’m questioning joining the military, but unsure of what branch to choose. I like the idea of the army being that you are able to choose your MOS, and seems a little more fulfilling as opposed to being part of the “chair force”. But there seems to be a lot of mixed reviews, most of the positive reviews being with joining the airforce.
Is the airforce really full of lames? Do they genuinely have it super easy? Doesn’t sound very fulfilling to me.
Do active duty army members really prefer the army over the airforce or are they just upset/jealous that they couldn’t score well enough on the asvab to be considered for the airforce. Maybe they just didn’t even consider the airforce?
Brief description of me: 21 years old, no significant other, no close friends, no school other than highschool diploma, physically fit, goal driven, don’t know what to pursue career wise, want to get out of my hometown.
Edit: the number of mixed reviews in this comment section make me even more confused
