O-5 lost at getting my dress uniform (ASU, not P&G) ready.

1) Non jump unit - are black berets completely dead regardless of the circumstance?

2) When wearing the Class B version (no jacket) is it also with the bus driver cap?

3) I have an old service cap from LT days, but does the entire cap need to be replaced because of the field grade brim, or are brim swaps / embroideries a thing? Can't find a FG cap in my size at my Mil C&S (at a small post).

Been out/detached for a really long time, so I'm lost and don't want to look like the terrible officer I am.
