I put in a new supplemental in august. Haven’t heard anything. It’s in the review evidence stage. Do all supplemental get a new exam? It’s mental health. My first exam was in June.

Hi everyone, long time lurker. I separated Navy 2017 and Army 2022, after several head injuries one in which part of my scalp was glued back to my head.

I recently got set at 60%after several months of appointmentd but I still have another appointment booked for this month? Can someone help explain why I'd have a rating now out of nowhere but still have pending appointments? Much appreciated.

So now after nearly 4 years awaiting a decision on appeal it has been remanded. I guess that is better than being denied but where do I go from here? At the very least I will need someone to help me forward since I did the appeal on my own. Kind of like going to court without a lawyer I suspect and now seems like a dumb idea. Why did my claim move from Evidence gathering back up to initial review? 🥲 does this mean I need more stuff to upload?

So as the title says. My wife is 100% totally and permanently disabled and we were wondering if I got out of active duty, would the family still receive Tricare or will the benefit only be for her? We are getting conflicted answers from officials. Thanks!
