It does say the words "permanent and total" (page 3, subheading 2, paragraph 3) but it seems very ambiguous otherwise. I filed so they would raise my rating to 100% as I have gotten so bad that I can't even drive alone anymore without having some B.S. panic attack and calling my wife to come get me. I knew know nothing about individual unemployability. Is this something they will re-evaluate or not? My civilian shrink, V.A. shrink, and the V.A. evaluator all stated that my condition is unlikely to ever improve.
