Is there a list of service providers who provide mental health (PTSD) DBQ’s? I am looking for an increase with my deteriorating mental condition and i dont have any local psychiatrists who are willing to fill the DBQ for me. Looking to submit the DBQ as additional evidence for my upcoming claim. Thanks for the help.
