I’m at my breaking point at my current job, I thought working in sports was my passion but i’ve come to really despise the culture and the people… I feel like I don’t belong, i’m the only vet in the office and it’s been that way in multiple orgs.

I was an E5 in the military, Aviation Ordnance MOS. I have my bachelors degree in kinesiology and a minor in business. does anybody have any advice for me?

I can’t do most trades, my back and shoulder are way too fucked to for me to do anything to physically demanding, i can hardly clean my car out without having serious back pain.
