I was service connected for my lymphoma this year. Finished my treatment and was declared in remission last March. Fixing to start treatment again in a few days for a relapse of the same cancer. Do I need to/how do I notify the VA of the relapse under that claim?

The way my paperwork stated is that I would be reevaluated at 2 years post cessation of treatment to determine any residual effects and be rated on those. Obviously since I’m kicking off treatment again that timeline changes. Do I just let it ride and submit my oncologists medical record when they contact me on their timeline? Or do I submit new information to them regarding this claim?
