So I checked the VA app because they said a letter was sent. The “letter”(pdf from the app of the letter that was scanned ) says I am getting a 100% , BUT I was at 90% total and all of a sudden it dropped to 70% total. I do have 2 other claims pending but why would it drop from 90% to 70% and stay there for a week when a decision letter sent says 100%

It makes no sense. Anyone encounter this? Any advice ?
