I got out of the military recently, but while I was in I had a sleep study done and I had 69.8 limb movements per hour meeting PLM criteria that’s over 1 movement per minute, and it greatly affects mine and my husbands quality of sleep. I was just curious to see how the VA rates it because on another media platform someone said it could be rated 10 to 60 percent. Does anyone know how that gets determined?
