I have no clue what flail joint is. My original claim had elbow condition listed. I was seen in service for it but was denied without a c&p provided. Denial stated no complaints in service. Thought that was DTA error. Is this weird to have flail joint listed having never claimed it nor a c&p for it?

Also other conditions HLR was for aren't listed. Claimed foot condition. And what does compensation error mean?
