I went in for a hip, knee, and ankle exam secondary to my low back, sciatica, and hallux valgus in my feet. I compensate in the way I walk and stand for those primary injuries.

Anyways, I do t have any medical evidence. But I am in pain and so I decided to put in a claim, in hindsight I should have taken my time and collected evidence.

Anyways, exam is now done. Doc didn’t ask me ANY questions about how it’s affecting my social life/relationships and work. So should I write something up articulating that and submit as evidence? Should I submit Pubmed articles that show a link of degenerative disc injury to hip pain as evidence to the claim?

Trying my best here despite making the early mistake of not having a nexus.
